It turned out to be a Metric 10-1.50 threaded bolt and about 30mm-35mm long. I am not sure what blocks (year or make) came with Metric motor mount bolts, but I hope this becomes helpful to someone in the future. If you can't find flange head bolts, you can use regular bolts a little bit longer with a flat washer and lock washer on them.
