They are beveled on one side so you can set one side into the holes of the bumper cover and then flex the cover and snap the cover into the other hole. They're more fun to try and remove until you get the hang of it.

Ditto for 3 of the 4 side jack covers. If that happens you can use the thick & tough white Gorilla Tape to cut a 'cover' for those side jack holes. Once applied they will stay in place & look good. If you gotta jack you can peel them off or just make a new one. On my front one, I don't know if the wind will push it out of place over time.

Yes. They just bolt to the frame. The rear hook bolts to thevframe with three bolts. The front are just a little bit of a pain in the A66 they are mounted to the frame horn behind the Bumper it has to come off 8 bolts it took me an Hour the first time but it has to be done to get hooks off of my .now I Can do it in about 20-30 min.

I figured it out the covers just pop off if you wiggle them side to side and up/down while pulling (the plastic retaining tabs might be brittle in the winter though so be careful). Is there a way to remove the tow hook cover on a wrx without taking off the bumper? The only videos i've seen on how to remove the cover is to unlatch the clips on the backside after removing the entire bumper not really trying to take off the entire bumper to mount my relocation kit

It shouldn't be a terribly difficult process, but the front bumper will probably need to come off and you'll have to replace some of the plastic rivets when you go to put it back on. Make sure he sends you the tow hook mounting brackets for the front as well, you'll need them too.

I have broken those bolts off so I would either spray some penetrating spray or use a torch to heat them up. Good luck.

Use some PB blaster on it, then go buy a good T55 and a sturdy ratchet. Then get home, PB blaster it some more, go up, grab a beer, then go down and make sure you're turning the right direction. The PB blaster should help and you should be able to turn them out. There is no nut that will spin.
