When I press the Fn key the light on the key remains on. I'm just wondering how I can unlock the key? I have restarted my computer and have done a system restore and the issue still remains. I also do not have any updates available. Please note that I have a Sur and not a Surface Pro, therefore the CAPS + Fn method does not unlock it.
